Step One: Reserve one of the famous decadent red leather booths for you and your guests...

Step Two: Choose your bottle(s) of premium spirits from a selection of vodka, rum, gin, whisky, tequila and brandy

Step Three: Confirm your hot and cold canapes menu (as below):
- Wild salmon tartar on brioche with mustard sabayon
- Mini magnum of foie gra and prune D'Agen
- Chestnut and wild mushroom beignet
- Seared scallops, maple glazed ham and caramelised apple
- Goats cheese mousse, cranberry compote and port jelly
- Mango mini mince pies

Prices vary from £250 for 5 guests (with one bottle of spirits), to £850 for 15 guests (with three bottles of spirits). (Prices exclude service charge at 12.5%)
