Afternoon De-Light

The Met Bar  famous for its cutting-edge attitude and legendary late-night parties has now introduced afternoon tea, this quintessentially british occassion twisted with a cool touch of avant-garde, waist-friendly chic.

The new 'Afternoon De-Light' menu offers all the indulgence, without a bad conscience, and is the perfect reason to skip lunch and start the evening early. The waist-friendly menu includes low-gluten scones and cupcakes, wheat-free macaroons and no-bread sandwich pots.

A selection of fruit infusions and an 'Ultimate Iced Tea' are available guilt-free or served as martini cocktails. There is also a seasonal selection of 'Eco-Tinis' made from only ingredients sourced within the M25.

Afternoon De-Light is available in the Met Bar and the Lobby Lounge Monday-Saturday from 2pm-6pm. All reservations must be made in advance, please contact 020 7447 4757.

All Met Bar members will receive a complimentary glass of Prosecco di Valdobbiandene Brut Adami per person when booking Afternoon De-Light.
